BCP and crisis management process-get back on track!

BCP process is divided into four main phases, which together form a processing flow for the development of effective business continuity management. The phases are: identification, establishment, implementation and quality assurance. Each phase comes one or more results which represent the start and the input values ​​for the next phase.
